Designs and implements engineering projects, prepares scopes and cost estimates, develops project execution strategies, and manages construction, commissioning, schedules, and budgets. The role coordinates with operations and maintenance, ensures ISO quality compliance, communicates project status, and provides technical support for solving routine operational problems.

Maintains accounting records and general ledger entries; processes accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, reconciliations, month-end closing support, and financial reporting. Maintains accounting and payroll documentation, provides administrative support, responds to corporate requests, and ensures timely filings. The role requires accuracy, organization, analytical ability, confidentiality, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and Excel.

Provides technical leadership and support across multiple paper manufacturing sites. Improves processes, efficiency, quality, and technology adoption through controls expertise, PLC and drive systems, capital projects, training, planning, and troubleshooting. Leads installations and rebuilds while developing specifications and recommendations. Requires extensive controls or manufacturing experience, at least five years of papermill experience, and travel up to 80% within the United States.
