Lead onsite discovery, design, integration, programming, and commissioning of industrial robotics cells for enterprise distribution centers. Own robot motion, palletizing and sortation logic, functional safety, controls interfaces, vision-to-motion workflows, failure recovery, operator interfaces, testing, documentation, and customer handoff. Collaborate directly with distribution, engineering, IT, maintenance, and EHS stakeholders while converting customer-specific solutions into reusable platform capabilities.

Own enterprise customer opportunities from discovery through commercial close and go-live transition. Lead operational workflow discovery, current- and future-state solution design, workflow configuration, pilot setup, testing, troubleshooting, technical validation, value articulation, and executive readouts. Build customer relationships across operational, technical, and executive stakeholders, manage technology partners, support sales progression, and create repeatable workflow playbooks for logistics and physical operations use cases. Regular customer-site travel is required.

Lead and coordinate complex enterprise implementations of a logistics-focused SaaS platform. Convert closed-won deals into implementation plans, manage timelines, risks, integrations, adoption tracking, and ROI/value realization. Serve as senior customer-facing operator across technical, operational, and executive stakeholders, build playbooks, improve post-sales processes, and hand off expansion signals to commercial teams.
