Convert closed-won deals into implementation plans, manage timelines, risks, integrations, adoption tracking, and ROI/value realization. Serve as senior customer-facing operator across technical, operational, and executive stakeholders, build playbooks, improve post-sales processes, and hand off expansion signals to commercial teams.

Customer-facing technical role that designs, configures, tests, and implements PackageX workflows for enterprise logistics and manufacturing sites.
