Build and operate backend services, APIs, integrations, event-processing systems, and data models for a logistics platform. Develop full-stack web features using React and Svelte, support Vision AI and offline mobile workflows, optimize performance, maintain security and multi-tenant isolation, and own production operations including deployment, monitoring, on-call, and incident resolution.

Own QA automation across mobile, web, API, SDK, and Vision AI workflows. Build Playwright, WebdriverIO, Appium, and Vitest frameworks; integrate testing with CI/CD; maintain reporting and test data; investigate flaky tests; and perform exploratory validation on real Android and iOS devices. Test offline sync, scanning, camera capture, poor network conditions, and customer workflows. Provide release readiness evidence, improve testability, and isolate production issues.

Build and configure enterprise workflows for logistics and physical operations customers. Responsibilities include React Native mobile development, workflow mapping and configuration, solution design, pilots, testing, integrations, troubleshooting, documentation, and customer implementation through go-live. The role combines customer-facing technical ownership with hands-on mobile engineering, including device provisioning, camera-based features, workflow automation, and collaboration with Product, Engineering, AI, Sales, and Implementation teams.
