Assists varsity and lower-level sports programs with tryouts, team selection, practice planning, athlete instruction, game supervision, equipment and facility maintenance, administrative reporting, and travel. Coaches promote sportsmanship and a Christ-centered environment, provide basic first aid, maintain team information in MaxPreps, and use sports technology such as Hudl and Insta-stat. The role requires coaching knowledge, certifications, CPR/First Aid, a California driver’s license, background screening, and willingness to drive a school van.
