Coordinates and enhances the physical therapy clinical education program by managing clinical site partnerships, conducting site visits, advising students, evaluating performance, reviewing feedback, communicating with clinical instructors, supporting accreditation, and ensuring graduation requirements. The role may also teach, advise students, direct projects, develop curriculum, conduct scholarly activities, and provide university and community service. This is an in-person position requiring occasional travel to clinical sites, conferences, and events.

Provides high-level administrative and executive support to the Vice President of Finance and Administration. Manages complex scheduling, correspondence, office operations, budgets, committees, board support, insurance coordination, events, records, and action tracking. Serves as a liaison among university leaders, trustees, foundation members, vendors, and other stakeholders while exercising discretion, independent judgment, and confidentiality.

Supports Pacific Athletics fundraising through donor retention, annual giving campaigns, giving days, sport-specific appeals, digital outreach, stewardship, and fundraising events. Maintains donor records, tracks participation and campaign metrics, prepares reports, coordinates acknowledgments, and responds to donor inquiries. Collaborates with Athletics and University Advancement while following NCAA and institutional compliance standards. The role requires occasional travel, evening and weekend work, and may coordinate student workers or volunteers.
