Provides Level 2 remote and onsite IT support across a national network of dental centres. Responsibilities include troubleshooting hardware, software, networking, and end-user technologies; maintaining Jira ticket records; supporting technology projects, upgrades, and implementations; conducting health checks and preventative maintenance; escalating complex issues; and contributing to secure, reliable IT operations and process improvements.

Support the Centre Leader to run a 7-chair Melbourne dental practice: lead and train dental assistants, cover reception/chairside/steri shifts, manage stock ordering, reporting and rostering, ensure patient experience, clinical compliance and daily operational efficiency.
