Leads all HR and payroll functions as a department of one, including recruiting, onboarding, employee relations, investigations, performance management, benefits, leave administration, compliance, policy development, and offboarding. Processes weekly payroll in Paylocity, maintains employee records, administers benefits and leave, manages HR metrics, supports managers, and ensures employment-law, DOT, CDL, and driver compliance across multiple locations.

Part-time senior accountant responsible for month-end close, reconciliations, financial statement prep, variance and data analysis, Excel-based reporting, fixed asset maintenance, tax support, and ad hoc financial projects.

Perform installation, alignment, maintenance, and overhaul of heavy industrial shredding and metal recovery equipment. Troubleshoot hydraulics, conveyors, motor controls, and basic PLCs. Develop preventive maintenance schedules, document work in CMMS, lead projects, recommend reliability improvements, and mentor apprentices while supporting shift and on-call operations in an outdoor, safety-critical environment.
