Hands-on role installing, maintaining, and repairing heavy industrial recycling equipment (hammermill shredder, conveyors, separators). Troubleshoot hydraulics, mechanical alignments, and coordinate on electrical/control issues. Lead planned maintenance, projects, documentation, and mentor apprentices while ensuring safety and reliability in an outdoor production environment.

Serve as administrative leader and primary site contact for Klamath Falls facility. Manage scale house operations, customer service, dispatch and scheduling, records, safety compliance, purchasing, and basic technology support to ensure efficient, compliant facility operations.
