Protects resort guests, employees, and assets through patrols, surveillance, incident documentation, emergency response, physical security checks, and policy enforcement. Provides customer service, supports resort departments during routine operations and crises, assists guests and employees, maintains safety standards, and communicates incidents to management. Requires security experience, CPR and first aid training, report-writing skills, computer proficiency, customer service ability, and availability for all shifts, weekends, and holidays.
