Responds to customer and internal requests through phone, email, and ticketing systems. Assists with invoices, statements, contracts, account updates, and issue resolution while coordinating with Sales, Accounts Receivable, Service, and Billing teams. Maintains accurate documentation, escalates issues, follows up on outstanding requests, and identifies opportunities to improve customer service and internal processes.
