Responds to customer and internal requests through phone, email, and ticketing systems. Assists with invoices, statements, contracts, account updates, and issue resolution while coordinating with Sales, Accounts Receivable, Service, and Billing teams. Maintains accurate documentation, escalates issues, follows up on outstanding requests, and identifies opportunities to improve customer service and internal processes.

Prepares, scans, quality-checks, organizes, repairs, and shreds documents for a large imaging project. The role requires accuracy, confidentiality, dependable attendance, basic computer skills, and the ability to perform repetitive tasks while lifting file boxes up to 30 pounds. This is a full-time temporary assignment through March 2027 at a client site in Portland, with potential consideration for permanent employment.

Coordinates customer and internal technology projects by maintaining schedules, budgets, documentation, and status reports. Works with project managers, engineers, sales engineers, customers, and other resources to meet deadlines, manage risks, execute change management, and ensure projects follow established frameworks. Also supports stakeholder meetings, paperwork review, project tasks, and continuous improvement of project management practices.
