Provide remote and on-site technical support for multi-function printers/copiers, troubleshoot network connectivity (TCP/IP, VPN, routing, ports), communicate with customers and coordinate with sales and field technicians to resolve issues, and maintain high customer service standards.

Manage a portfolio of clients as a technical and consultative advisor for Managed IT Services. Drive IT strategy, roadmap development, budgeting, and ROI justification. Coordinate with Sales Engineers, Helpdesk, Onboarding, and Project Delivery while presenting to executives, handling escalations, and ensuring client satisfaction and retention.

Provide administrative and customer-support for the Inside Sales team: schedule meetings, process orders and invoicing, maintain CRM and Excel tracking, handle high-volume calls/emails, coordinate with logistics/service/finance, prepare reports, manage inventory, and escalate issues to ensure smooth sales operations and customer onboarding.
