Provides direct caregiving and medication assistance to assisted-living residents. Responsibilities include activities of daily living, medication administration after training, health observation and reporting, resident record updates, housekeeping, meal preparation and service, activities support, and maintaining a safe, respectful environment. Requires teamwork, confidentiality, adaptability, physical assistance, training participation, and compliance with resident-care regulations.

Provide direct care to assisted living residents: assist with ADLs, prepare and serve meals, perform housekeeping, observe and report health or behavioral changes, administer medications after training, update records, attend trainings, and support activities to promote resident independence.

Provides direct care to assisted living residents, including activities of daily living, medication setup and administration after training, health observation and reporting, record updates, meals, housekeeping, activities, and safety support. Requires compassionate resident interaction, teamwork, confidentiality, physical assistance, and compliance with care policies and regulations. Training is provided, and no prior experience is necessary.

Oversee all operations of an assisted living/residential care facility including admissions, resident assessments, budgeting, staffing, regulatory compliance, facility maintenance, community outreach, staff training and performance management. Ensure policies are followed, manage finances and supplies, assist with medication programs, and support resident and family communications. Occasional travel required.

Participate in required trainings and follow company policies.
