Coordinate and execute multi-channel marketing initiatives, create and manage content and collateral, maintain vendor relationships, support sales and model-home presentation, track and analyze marketing metrics, manage multiple projects and urgent requests, and ensure alignment with brand and department priorities.

Lead full-cycle recruiting and talent acquisition strategy, build pipelines, source active and passive candidates, partner with hiring managers, strengthen employer branding, leverage recruiting metrics, technology and AI, and continuously improve hiring processes to support company growth.

Serve as primary liaison with city/county staff, elected officials, and community stakeholders to secure land acquisition and entitlement approvals, shape outreach strategies, anticipate regulatory risks, and advise leadership on jurisdictional dynamics and community integration.
