Lead platform reliability, deployment automation, and operational support for illustration systems. Own Azure DevOps pipelines, Git governance, release coordination, incident response, monitoring, and security posture. Build PowerShell and C# automation, maintain IIS/Windows/SQL Server infrastructure, partner with infrastructure and security teams, produce runbooks, and contribute to .NET application code as needed. Participate in after-hours incident response and occasional weekend deployments.

Lead end-to-end onboarding and implementation of complex Pension Risk Transfer (PRT) and Defined Contribution Lifetime Income (DCLI) transactions. Act as primary relationship manager for sponsors, consultants, recordkeepers, and internal stakeholders. Own and improve SE&I processes, establish controls and governance, lead cross-functional projects to increase scalability and client experience, and mentor team members as a subject matter expert.

Support Inforce Life operations by handling complex inquiries from financial professionals and firms. Diagnose issues, analyze escalated cases, monitor resolution status, explain procedures, and provide consultations to ensure accurate processing and strong customer relationships.
