The Sr Data Governance, Data Quality Analyst will lead data governance efforts, manage data quality processes, and collaborate across departments to enhance data usage and literacy within the Workforce Benefits Division.

Support Regional Sales Representatives and broker partners by managing new business pipelines, responding to broker inquiries, coordinating internal partners, handling administrative sold-case processes, and ensuring smooth transitions to implementation.

Lead and execute strategic reinsurance arrangements from RFP to implementation. Analyze in-force reinsurance, provide senior management insights, support quarterly reporting and end-to-end reinsurance modeling, collaborate across underwriting, product, and other functions, identify and communicate reinsurance risks, and mentor junior actuarial modelers or data analysts.
