Attend trade shows, fairs, festivals, and community events to engage homeowners, identify their needs, educate them about exterior remodeling services, and schedule appointments for outside sales representatives. Responsibilities include representing the company, handling objections, setting up and tearing down events, and generating qualified leads. The role requires weekend availability, reliable transportation, a valid driver’s license, strong communication skills, and the ability to lift up to 30 pounds.

Leads a neighborhood canvassing team by recruiting, onboarding, training, coaching, and managing canvassers. Sets performance goals, tracks KPIs, conducts field training and ride-alongs, motivates employees, provides feedback, develops recruiting strategies, and partners with leadership to improve team production. The role requires significant outdoor field involvement alongside in-office work.

Conduct outside sales for home improvement products using company-provided appointments. Meet with prospective customers, challenge assumptions, present solutions, achieve sales goals, and earn compensation through salary and commission. The role includes paid training, a company vehicle, gas card, benefits, and a Monday–Friday schedule with every other Saturday.
