Develop and maintain embedded Electronic Warfare software: implement features, prototype solutions, design and verify firmware and drivers, build containerized and real-time applications, interface with FPGAs and sensors, participate in design reviews, and collaborate with hardware and software teams.

Lead and grow an integration and test engineering team delivering CMOSS/SOSA-aligned defense electronics. Oversee system-level validation, firmware/software installation, production transition, cross-functional coordination, and stakeholder communication to ensure timely, repeatable deliveries.

Lead program planning and scheduling for defense electronics and aerospace hardware programs. Develop and maintain integrated master schedules (IMS), perform DCMA 14-point and critical path analyses, conduct schedule risk analyses, track production readiness, support BCR/change control, produce schedule reports, and coordinate cross-functional teams to drive on-time execution.
