Develop and maintain integrated master schedules (IMS), perform DCMA 14-point and critical path analyses, conduct schedule risk analyses, track production readiness, support BCR/change control, produce schedule reports, and coordinate cross-functional teams to drive on-time execution.

Lead systems engineering for CMOSS/SOSA-aligned RF communications and EW platforms. Decompose system architecture, manage requirements, coordinate embedded software/FPGA/hardware teams, lead agile development, supervise integration and test, produce test plans and cost/schedule estimates, interface with suppliers, and ensure project deliverables meet cost and schedule objectives.
