Lead program planning and scheduling for defense electronics and aerospace hardware programs. Develop and maintain integrated master schedules (IMS), perform DCMA 14-point and critical path analyses, conduct schedule risk analyses, track production readiness, support BCR/change control, produce schedule reports, and coordinate cross-functional teams to drive on-time execution.

Lead systems engineering for electronic warfare products: requirements, architecture, hardware design, integration, automated lab test, verification/validation, field support, proposals, and mentor junior engineers.

Lead production scheduling, material planning, inventory control, stockroom and warehouse operations, and shipping/receiving. Ensure material availability, inventory accuracy, logistics execution, ERP accuracy, and on-time deliveries while coordinating across Manufacturing, Procurement, Quality, Engineering, and Program Management.
