Designs and routes complex high-speed digital and mixed-signal PCBs, including multilayer boards with DDR4, controlled impedance, and advanced via structures. Collaborates with electrical and mechanical engineers, PCB contractors, fabrication and assembly houses to ensure design, thermal, manufacturing, and IPC requirements are met. Maintains centralized symbol and footprint libraries, documents PCB design processes, leads design reviews, and supports process compliance across internal and external design teams.

Conduct research on difficult technical problems and develop, test, and improve algorithms spanning AI, machine learning, statistics, optimization, estimation, signal processing, and related fields. Review academic literature, analyze complex data, compare approaches, and adapt research methods to real-world Department of Defense applications. Collaborate with scientists and engineers to integrate algorithms into operational systems, communicate findings, and identify emerging research opportunities.

Leads production planning, material planning, procurement, supplier execution, and inventory management across a complex defense manufacturing organization. Translates customer demand into production and material plans, manages shortages and long-lead components, oversees supplier performance, and coordinates with manufacturing, engineering, quality, finance, and program teams. The role balances strategic supply-chain leadership with hands-on execution in a high-mix, low-to-medium-volume environment supporting DoD delivery commitments.
