Provides high-level administrative and strategic support to the President, including complex calendar and travel management, communications, meeting preparation, board and governance coordination, confidential records management, project assistance, budget tracking, procurement, and process improvement. Serves as a liaison among executive leadership, board members, faculty, staff, and external stakeholders while anticipating needs and ensuring the efficient operation of the President’s office.

Provide strategic and operational leadership for the college's academic and clinical nursing programs. Ensure curriculum and clinical placements meet regulatory and accreditation standards, drive faculty recruitment and development, oversee budgeting and resources, support student success and licensure outcomes, and build external partnerships with healthcare organizations.

Assist the Director of Nursing in planning, implementing, and evaluating the prelicensure RN program. Oversee faculty recruitment, development, supervision, curriculum and LMS use, clinical placements, compliance with BRN and accreditation standards, student advising, program evaluation, and departmental reporting.
