Coordinates HR operations for a unionized distribution center, including collective bargaining agreement administration, employee relations, timekeeping, meal penalties, onboarding, training, scheduling, recruitment, grievances, reporting, payroll support, benefits, and leave administration. Requires confidentiality, strong organization, communication, customer service, and HRIS proficiency. The role is full-time, on-site, and requires half-day Saturday work during the August–February peak season.

Supervise daily wastewater treatment operations, operators, maintenance, solids removal, pond management, laboratory testing, chemical inventories, and compliant discharges. Ensure adherence to DEQ, EPA, Clean Water Act, and NPDES requirements, complete regulatory reporting, manage outsourced testing, control odors, enforce safety procedures, and maintain an organized work environment. The role requires leadership, mechanical aptitude, wastewater process knowledge, and the ability to supervise union employees.

Supports environmental, health, and safety operations across two manufacturing facilities. Maintains EHS training files, compliance records, OSHA logs, and safety data sheets; assists with safety audits, facility walkthroughs, employee training, drills, and incident investigations. Manages PPE, first aid, and safety signage inventories, participates in safety committee meetings, and performs administrative tasks. The role requires at least two years of EHS experience, manufacturing experience, and a valid driver’s license.
