The role also manages multiple projects and communicates implementation status, risks, and timelines.

Coordinates HR operations for a unionized distribution center, including collective bargaining agreement administration, employee relations, timekeeping, meal penalties, onboarding, training, scheduling, recruitment, grievances, reporting, payroll support, benefits, and leave administration. Requires confidentiality, strong organization, communication, customer service, and HRIS proficiency. The role is full-time, on-site, and requires half-day Saturday work during the August–February peak season.

Designs, programs, maintains, and troubleshoots industrial control systems for production equipment. Supervises maintenance personnel, leads technical training and complex troubleshooting, manages electrical installations and safety compliance, improves energy efficiency and manufacturing processes, and collaborates with production teams, vendors, and subcontractors. The role supports safe, reliable, high-quality food manufacturing operations and requires seasonal evening and weekend work during pack season.
