The role supports safe, reliable, high-quality food manufacturing operations and requires seasonal evening and weekend work during pack season.

Leads national branded sales strategy for the Del Monte fruit product line, including pricing architecture, trade spending, broker performance, major account negotiations, sales team development, and profitable market share growth. Partners with supply chain, operations, marketing, finance, and logistics to align forecasts, production, and brand execution. Manages budgets and travels up to 30% for field collaboration and industry events.

Coordinates HR services and administration at an on-site production facility, supporting payroll, employee relations, scheduling, recruiting, orientations, onboarding, employee inquiries, confidential records, timekeeping reconciliation, and meal-penalty processes. Partners with plant HR and facility management while providing high-integrity service. Requires five or more years of HR or payroll experience, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and availability for nights and weekends during the June–September pack season. Spanish or Punjabi proficiency is preferred.
