Monitor physical produce inventory, product age, movement, quality, receiving tags, shortages, and inventory accuracy. Perform cycle counts and adjustments, process customer credits, clear invoices, manage disposal items, and coordinate product moves with Buyers. The role requires produce handling knowledge, computer proficiency, physical lifting, and working in cold temperatures.

Select and fill produce orders using picking sheets or wearable devices, build and tag pallets, operate pallet jacks, restock racks, manage broken and leftover inventory, stack produce cases, resolve picking errors with checkers, and maintain a clean warehouse. The role requires safe equipment operation, attention to detail, English communication skills, and repeatedly lifting up to 50 pounds.

Drive growth by acquiring and retaining foodservice clients, promoting produce and perishables, negotiating deals, analyzing market trends, and coordinating with procurement and operations to deliver solutions and exceed sales targets.

Pick and assemble customer produce orders using a hand-held scanner and pallet jack. Stack produce cases, build and tag pallets, cooperate with checkers to correct errors, maintain warehouse cleanliness, lift cases safely, and follow safety and quality procedures.
