Manages community-based adult disability services, including program delivery, personnel recruitment and supervision, scheduling, project coordination, team conflict resolution, community liaison work, and support for safe, person-centered home environments. The role oversees multidisciplinary teams, develops programs, ensures cultural and organizational standards, and collaborates with families, caregivers, representatives, and community partners.

Administer employee lifecycle processes, onboarding, leave and return-to-work procedures, personnel records, union documentation, and HR clearances. Support labour relations, grievances, recruitment, reference checks, offer letters, compliance audits, HR reporting, and engagement initiatives. Maintain HRIS records, communicate policies, assist with health and safety activities, and recommend process improvements while protecting confidential information.

Processes accounts payable, bi-weekly payroll, reconciliations, payroll entries, banking transactions, and financial records. Provides backup for high-volume payroll, supports audits, resolves discrepancies, maintains confidential information, and assists with general accounting duties. Requires strong organizational, analytical, communication, and prioritization skills, with proficiency in QuickBooks, Microsoft Word, and Excel.
