Provide specialist airframe structural engineering support for continuing airworthiness, defect investigation, modifications, maintenance data assessments, and regulatory compliance. Liaise with CAMO, MROs, manufacturers, and operational teams to evaluate service literature, advise on operational impacts, support AOG events, and develop corrective actions to maintain aircraft safety and reliability.

Lead aircraft maintenance planning and technical records management for the fleet. Develop maintenance forecasts and programs, prepare work packs, manage deferrals/MEL items, coordinate with MROs and operational teams, ensure regulatory compliance, and optimize aircraft downtime and availability.

Seeking ATR42/72 First Officers for PNG Air. Candidates must possess valid ATP/Frozen ATPL/CPL and ATR endorsement, with at least 1000 flying hours, including 100 on multi-engine aircraft. Full-time role with a 3-year contract and generous benefits.
