Supports supplier quality performance in an AS9100-certified aerospace manufacturing environment. Responsibilities include analyzing supplier metrics and nonconformances, developing improvement plans, reviewing corrective actions, conducting supplier audits and qualification activities, maintaining approved supplier lists, supporting incoming inspection, and collaborating with engineering, purchasing, manufacturing, and quality teams. The role also participates in APQP, FAI, PPAP, risk management, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Manage cross-functional product development from concept to production: translate customer requirements into mechanical designs, support quoting/BOMs, coordinate prototyping and testing, communicate with customers, monitor risks/schedules, and work with manufacturing and quality to deliver parts on time while promoting safety and compliance.

Operate, set up, and maintain manual and CNC machine tools (levels Trainee through III). Produce precision parts, perform inspections with precision instruments, read blueprints/GD&T, maintain production logs, meet efficiency targets, diagnose tooling/machining issues, and train or mentor less experienced machinists. Must follow safety protocols and ITAR U.S. Person requirement.
