Receive, process, ship, and track environmental samples in the laboratory. Maintain documentation, logs, and databases for accurate sample tracking. Participate in core lab support training and follow safety and PPE protocols while working in lab and office environments.

Provides administrative and operational support including database and file management, report and correspondence preparation, scheduling and meeting coordination, receptionist duties, time entry and requisitions, basic research and data analysis, proofreading, and supporting management and staff to maintain departmental effectiveness.

The Client Services Technician will unpack and verify samples received, log them into the system, and ensure accurate customer service in an environmental lab.
