Evaluates environmental, health, and safety facilities and processes, conducts industrial hygiene and environmental sampling, performs respirator fit testing and ergonomic assessments, supports hazard and risk analyses, delivers safety training, coordinates safety initiatives, audits work permits, and assists with environmental permitting, emissions modeling, wastewater reporting, and hazardous waste management.

Develops and manages client-facing proposals, contracts, and quotations for analytical testing services in pharmaceutical, biotechnology, and life sciences environments. Collaborates with clients, laboratory staff, technical experts, and sales teams to define scope, translate scientific methodologies and pricing into clear documents, and ensure accuracy and compliance. Maintains templates and pricing models, tracks proposal activity, and monitors relevant industry and regulatory trends.

Coordinates client requests, project documents, user database updates, bottle orders, scheduling, and client communications. Serves as a liaison among clients, project management, logistics, and internal departments while applying policies and supporting efficient department operations. The role requires customer service experience, basic data entry, organization, adaptability, and the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
