Receives environmental samples, unpacks shipments, verifies samples against customer paperwork, and logs them into the company system. The role is full-time and onsite in a laboratory and office environment, requiring customer service skills, attention to detail, standing for extended periods, PPE use, and occasional lifting. A high school diploma is required; laboratory, environmental testing, shipping, or warehouse experience is beneficial but not required, as training is provided.

Supports laboratory R&D operations by processing work orders, tracking budgets and purchase orders, managing vendor follow-up, maintaining asset and inventory records, communicating task status, and coordinating meetings and follow-up activities.

Provides administrative and project management support in a laboratory and office environment. Responsibilities include processing project documentation, coordinating sample receiving and analysis status, responding to client inquiries, supporting invoicing, directing requests to project managers, assisting with project budgets and timelines, interpreting policies and regulations, and contributing to cross-functional team objectives.
