As a Client Services Technician, you'll manage sample-related activities, maintain documentation, and participate in lab training to support environmental testing.

The Client Services Technician will unpack and verify samples received, log them into the system, and ensure accurate customer service in an environmental lab.

Provide administrative and project coordination support for the Project Management team, acting as a client liaison to intake and manage samples/accounts. Set up accounts and pricing in LIMS, monitor sample check-in and analysis status, respond to client inquiries, assist with invoicing, and route client requests to appropriate project managers. Support cross-functional initiatives, ensure reporting styles and dashboards are accurate, and contribute to process improvements.
