Provides high-level administrative support to the President/CEO: manages calendars, communications, travel and accommodations, meetings and minutes, records and reports, supports internal/external communications and special projects, handles confidential information, and performs other administrative duties. Travel including overnight stays is expected.

Lead multi-entity financial planning, forecasting, budgeting, reporting, and analysis. Provide strategic financial insights to executive leadership, manage banking relationships, support audits, drive annual planning, model scenarios, and mentor a high-performing finance team while supporting M&A and strategic projects.
