Leads post-deployment customer success and the Customer Engineering function. Responsibilities include managing customer relationships, investigating issues across logs, data, APIs, workflows, and agent behavior, designing integration solutions, leading escalations, coaching and hiring engineers, partnering with Product and Engineering, and building playbooks, tools, documentation, and processes to improve resolution quality and team effectiveness.

Own end-to-end product design for Pace’s AI-powered insurance operations platform. Conduct customer discovery, shape product direction, design intuitive workflows, establish a scalable design system, and partner closely with engineers through implementation. Design experiences that clarify AI agent behavior, human review, exceptions, and user control. The role requires strong visual and interaction design, comfort with ambiguity, rapid prototyping, clear communication, and interest in building AI products.

Own end-to-end product design and ship production-quality UI by prototyping in code. Independently implement UI/UX fixes, build and maintain a cohesive design system, collaborate with users and stakeholders, and iterate rapidly on an AI-native insurance product.
