The role requires bilingual communication, local Cabo property knowledge, schedule flexibility, and approximately 25% travel across Mexico.

Leads Pacaso’s brand and creative practice across design, video, photography, campaigns, and marketing production. Plans and directs shoots, develops owner stories, manages creative partners, maintains brand and design systems, oversees asset libraries and licensing, and sets standards for home photography. Builds AI-native workflows for generating, editing, testing, and scaling creative assets across channels while partnering with growth teams to improve performance.

The Ownership Advisor drives sales by converting prospective buyers into homeowners through consultative selling and market insight, while exceeding sales targets.
