Lead and maintain on-premises and cloud infrastructure, automate deployments and monitoring, manage Azure/M365 identity, enforce security and HIPAA compliance, lead IT projects, mentor junior staff, and provide final escalation support and occasional travel for asset handoffs.

Provide anesthesia care in a 4-room ambulatory surgical center for adults and pediatrics (ENT, GYN, general, urology, ortho). Full- or part-time, 4–10 hour shifts with alternating staffing. Must hold master’s or higher, be licensed and board certified, and maintain ACLS/PALS. Position includes sign-on bonus, benefits, PTO, and retirement.
