Territory-focused service sales role managing and growing assigned accounts. Develop sales plans, qualify opportunities, use consultative selling to close retrofit/repair/replace or design-build service contracts, prepare proposals and reports, maintain account plans, and build long-term customer relationships. Leverage understanding of mechanical and electrical systems to propose cost-effective solutions and support special projects as assigned.

Sell and manage service contracts for HVAC, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing projects. Develop sales plans, maintain account relationships, generate proposals and reports, assess customer needs, and close retrofit, repair/replace, or design-build projects while supporting management and special initiatives.

Support service technicians and ensure customer commitments are met by dispatching techs, handling customer calls, completing and documenting service calls for invoicing, managing assigned service sales portfolio, developing account plans, using consultative selling to grow accounts, and preparing reports, proposals, and booking packages.
