Process and settle transport orders and customs information, maintain accurate data in TMS and external systems, support Customer Service Representatives, liaise with customers and customs agents, update stakeholders, and work alternating shifts to ensure timely information flow.

Lead the finance team and manage invoicing, collections, credit control, accounts payable, cash flow, payment allocation, tax-compliant invoicing, dispute/court case progress, process optimization, internal/external query management, and contribute to projects and pre-contract tax/invoicing reviews.
