Teams at P-1 AI

Own and evolve BYOC deployment infrastructure for Archie across customer environments. Build and operate Kubernetes-based systems across multiple clouds, develop Helm and GitOps deployment tooling, implement secure updates for restricted networks, and improve reliability, observability, and production operations. Collaborate with product, research, and forward-deployed engineering teams to translate requirements into scalable platform capabilities.

Lead customer deployments of AI engineering systems, translating physical engineering challenges into AI use cases. Design integrations with customer data sources and tools, fine-tune and evaluate models using production data, collaborate with engineering and AI teams, and troubleshoot live deployments. The role requires direct customer engagement, rapid prototyping, production delivery, incident response, and frequent customer-site work in Perth.

Own end-to-end enterprise customer acquisition as the company’s first Account Executive. Build pipeline from scratch through outbound, networking, events, and referrals; sell complex agentic AI and engineering software to industrial organizations; lead discovery, technical validation, negotiation, contracting, and closing; collaborate with deployment teams; and develop the company’s sales playbook, messaging, collateral, and events.
