Provides legal advice across commercial, employment, tax, customs, and international matters. Drafts, reviews, and negotiates contracts; identifies legal risks; ensures regulatory compliance; monitors litigation with external counsel; tracks legal developments; and manages legal records, contracts, archives, and deadlines across a multicultural, multinational organization.

Manage full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and extending offers. Partner with hiring managers on staffing strategies, attract candidates through job boards, social media, networking, and other channels, and ensure a positive candidate experience through onboarding. Support employer branding through compelling job postings and industry event participation.

Prospect and qualify international suppliers for the company’s global purchasing pipeline. Responsibilities include identifying suppliers through online and industry sources, assessing cost, quality, reliability, and delivery capabilities, communicating with international partners, maintaining supplier records, and coordinating with sales and logistics teams. The role requires commercial awareness, strong relationship-building and negotiation skills, fluent English, and effective Excel use, with potential progression into international buying.
