Provide eligibility determinations and benefit assistance (Healthcare, FoodShare, Childcare, long-term care) via a high-volume call center and case processing. Verify documents, monitor state databases and dashboards, process applications/renewals/changes, and refer clients to other county or statewide resources. Research policy/procedures and coordinate with outside agencies to support client needs.
