Lead daily operations for a new 21-bed assisted living community, overseeing staffing, scheduling, resident services, budgets, documentation, medication administration, incident reporting, and Individual Service Plans. Supervise Resident Assistants, build relationships with residents and families, conduct prospective resident tours, support occupancy growth, and collaborate with leaders across the senior living campus.

Provide eligibility determinations and benefit assistance (Healthcare, FoodShare, Childcare, long-term care) via a high-volume call center and case processing. Verify documents, monitor state databases and dashboards, process applications/renewals/changes, and refer clients to other county or statewide resources. Research policy/procedures and coordinate with outside agencies to support client needs.

The Substitute Meal Site Manager packages and delivers meals, ensures food safety, coordinates with volunteers, and oversees meal service operations.
