Design, configure, and customize ServiceNow modules, build workflows and integrations, develop Service Portal pages, implement Scripted REST APIs, perform testing and code reviews, manage updates/upgrades, and document technical configurations.

The Lead Data Engineer will design and maintain ETL pipelines in Databricks, mentor engineers, optimize data architecture, and collaborate with teams to deliver technical solutions.
