Partner with hiring leaders to scope roles, source proactively, run ATS operations in Ashby, manage candidate experience, and use AI and automation to scale recruiting and reporting. Operate independently across time zones with stakeholder influence and systems-building responsibility on a 12-month fixed-term contract.
