Lead the vision, strategy, and execution of Oyster’s Employer of Record product across onboarding, payroll, benefits, compliance, and offboarding. Manage and develop a multi-layered product organization, prioritize complex initiatives, and partner with Engineering, Design, Legal, Finance, and Operations. Drive AI-powered automation, scalable workflows, measurable business outcomes, and product quality across a regulated global employment platform.

Lead AI transformation across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Partnerships, and Revenue Operations. Identify high-value opportunities, design and deploy production AI agents, agentic workflows, automations, integrations, and enterprise solutions, then drive adoption and measure business impact. Partner with functional leaders, make sound decisions about AI suitability, redesign operating models, improve reliability and governance, and mentor colleagues while establishing reusable standards across the organization.

Build and operate Oyster’s revenue technology stack, integrating Salesforce, enrichment, outbound, marketing automation, data warehouse, and product systems. Design CRM architecture, routing, data waterfalls, and AI-driven workflows for prospect research, personalization, and buying-signal detection. Own production reliability through monitoring, error handling, retries, documentation, and compliance. Partner with GTM teams to improve funnel performance and deliver measurable pipeline impact.
