Teach and mentor a sailing family while preparing and operating an Oyster 595 for offshore passages, the ARC Atlantic Rally, Caribbean cruising, and possible transatlantic return. Responsibilities include yacht handover, owner familiarization, maintenance, diesel-engine and onboard-system troubleshooting, extended-cruise preparation, passage management, and safety leadership.

Experienced Mate/Engineer sought for a new-build Oyster 595 cruising the Mediterranean from March 2027, with potential participation in the Oyster World Rally 2028. Responsibilities include sailing, navigation, watch-keeping, troubleshooting, routine maintenance, engineering support, and maintaining the yacht. The role requires strong technical ability, adaptability, communication, organisation, and a positive attitude while working closely with the owner and a small onboard team.

Recruiting experienced captains and crew for the Oyster World Rally (January 2028).
