Ox&Pen

Ox&Pen is a web and mobile based universal loyalty program that provides local business owners with a technology-based marketing platform in which to attract and retain customers.  Our loyalty program rewards members with points for purchases, check-ins, and social media engagement. Those points can be redeemed at any Ox&Pen merchant.  

Ox&Pen Mobile App

Download the Ox&Pen app for iPhone or Android (use those links, or search "Ox&Pen"). Then, create your Ox&Pen account and set your lifestyle and location preferences. You can then begin to earn and redeem points anywhere in our merchant network!

Earning Loyalty Points

The following are ways Ox&Pen members can earn points, which can be redeemed for points at any Ox&Pen merchant:

• Checking in
  You can check in once per visit by using your Ox&Pen mobile app.
• Social Share
  Earn extra points by sharing your check-in with your social networks!

• Making a full-price purchase
  After you make your purchase, keep the receipt and use your Ox&Pen app to snap a picture of it. Please make sure the receipt is legible; we'll need to see the merchant name, date of transaction and price paid.  Your account will reflect your new loyalty point total.

Redeeming Loyalty Points

Once you’ve earned enough loyalty points, you can redeem them for a reward at any merchant in the Ox&Pen network. The reward options for each merchant can be found on each merchant’s Ox&Pen profile page. Just select the point redemption option that you'd like to redeem... it's that easy!

Remember, points can be redeemed anywhere in the network.
