Lead and scale People Operations across UK and international markets. Own HR systems, payroll, benefits, rewards, people data, compliance and governance. Build scalable policies, automate HR workflows, manage vendors and partners, and develop a high-performing People Operations team to support rapid growth.

Provide proactive executive and administrative support to the Executive Leadership Team: manage complex diaries, meetings, travel, inboxes, expenses and documentation; prepare presentations and reports; coordinate onboarding and recruitment; build stakeholder relationships; and improve executive support processes in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

Develop low-latency, production-grade embedded software and device drivers (C/C++/Rust) with Python bindings; build automated tests and CI/CD gates; translate scientific requirements into firmware, operate hardware-in-the-loop test environments, collaborate with FPGA and compiler teams, and diagnose software on experimental quantum hardware.
