Teams at Oxford Quantum Circuits

Develop predictive models and software tools to analyse large engineering datasets for quantum hardware. Provide data-driven insights, visualisations, and reports; collaborate with multidisciplinary engineering teams and apply software engineering best practices to improve modelling and analytical workflows.

Lead testing and validation of prototype quantum hardware at millikelvin temperatures. Develop and maintain cryogenic measurement infrastructure (microwave, RF, amplifiers, interconnects), design experimental setups, analyse test data, produce technical reports, coordinate component installation within cryostats, implement improvements, and mentor junior engineers.

Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning while owning FP&A models and cash runway analysis. Provide variance analysis, executive reporting, and financial modelling to support capital deployment, growth, and international expansion. Partner with technical and commercial teams to improve financial visibility, challenge assumptions, and deliver insights for strategic decision-making.
