Lead day-to-day cleanroom operations, manage engineers and technicians, ensure equipment readiness and maintenance, monitor KPIs, maintain SOPs and traceability, coordinate with engineering/quality/facilities/supply chain, and drive continuous improvement to support production ramp-up of quantum hardware.

Lead OQC's external research and collaboration strategy, securing and managing grant-funded programmes and partnerships with universities, industry, and funders. Translate scientific priorities into governed, deliverable programmes, coordinate stakeholders and budgets, manage risks and reporting, and align cross-functional teams to maximize technical and commercial impact.

Design, implement and maintain secure, resilient network infrastructure across cloud, lab and office environments. Build IaC, automate deployments, monitor performance, respond to incidents, strengthen security, and collaborate with stakeholders while mentoring colleagues and improving networking practices.
