The role also includes troubleshooting, continuous improvement, batch record review, and laboratory maintenance within a GMP/GLP environment.

Leads scientific investigations, experimental and verification studies, regulated product development, validation, and release activities for sequencing platforms. Analyzes complex datasets, authors technical and regulatory documentation, manages technical risks, collaborates with Quality, Regulatory, Production, and Product Development teams, and mentors junior scientists while improving quality systems and verification processes.

Drive adoption and revenue growth for Oxford Nanopore’s GridION and PromethION platforms across the San Francisco Bay Area. The role manages strategic accounts, complex consultative sales cycles, instrument placements, consumables growth, forecasting, CRM updates, customer relationships, and cross-functional collaboration with applications, clinical sales, inside sales, and marketing teams.
