Drive biopharma account growth across North America by executing account and deal strategy, identifying new opportunities, delivering technical presentations/workshops, engaging stakeholders across R&D, QC, and manufacturing, and partnering cross-functionally to advance applications and revenue. Manage CRM, forecasting, budgets, and represent the company at events.

Develop and improve commercial reports, dashboards, and performance metrics for the EMEAI region. Analyze data to identify trends, risks, opportunities, and actionable insights; investigate data quality issues; translate business needs into analytics solutions; and support reporting tool implementation. The role partners with regional commercial, sales, and global analytics teams while delivering ad hoc analysis and improving self-service reporting capabilities.

Produces DNA/RNA analytes, protein-DNA complexes, and other components for Oxford Nanopore sequencing kits. Follows batch records, performs testing, manages equipment, tracks production data, updates procedures and specifications, and handles deviations, CAPAs, change notes, and non-conformances. The role also includes troubleshooting, continuous improvement, batch record review, and laboratory maintenance within a GMP/GLP environment.
