Manage training teams; standardise processes, learning platforms and certifications; partner cross-functionally to align programmes with commercial priorities. Manage the automation product roadmap for NGS/automation products: define vision, translate market and user needs into requirements, prioritize backlog, collaborate with R&D, marketing and sales, track KPIs, mitigate technical risks, and maintain product documentation to support successful launches.

Design, maintain, and optimize AWS infrastructure using RDS, ECS, S3, Lambda and networking. Build and manage Terraform modules and multi-environment IaC. Support Docker/ECS workloads, contribute to GitLab CI pipelines, manage secrets with HashiCorp Vault, and create automation scripts (preferably Python). Collaborate with product and developer teams to improve reliability, performance, and operational excellence.
