Run and analyse sequencing experiments across Oxford Nanopore platforms to assess components and establish baseline performance datasets. Collaborate with teams to test updates and ensure sequencing components are fit for customer release.

Support development and optimization of nanopore sequencing devices, kits, and flow cells through laboratory experiments and office-based analysis. Run basic lab techniques, collect and analyze data, report issues and improvements to cross-functional stakeholders, and help integrate hardware, software, firmware, and chemistry to improve performance and reliability.

Design and execute development and V&V laboratory experiments for sequencing platforms, analyse complex datasets, troubleshoot technical issues, produce experimental records and reports, ensure compliance with ISO 9001/13485, and drive continuous improvement of lab workflows.
