Senior People Operations Partner for the UK hub owning day-to-day HR operations, HRIS data integrity (Dayforce, HiBob), payroll inputs, compliance (UK employment law, GDPR), process design and automation, reporting, and people management. Partner across EMEA/APJ, lead People Ops programmes (onboarding, benefits, leave, policy), manage a People Operations Coordinator, and support HR systems migrations and continuous improvement.

Lead an on-site technical operations team in Daejeon to maintain, scale, and improve IonQ's commercial quantum systems. Oversee incident response, operational processes, hiring, and cross-functional coordination to maximize uptime and system reliability.

Support and maintain classical IT infrastructure for quantum hardware builds and operation: servers, OS provisioning, lab networks, device integration, urgent troubleshooting, and automation/documentation to improve repeatability.
