Lead a team of operating physicists to maintain and improve IonQ's commercial quantum computing fleet. Own fleet operations, incident management, deployments, operational readiness, KPIs, spares and inventory, cross-functional collaboration, and reliability engineering to improve performance, throughput, and resilience.

Lead transfer pricing strategy and documentation for non-Americas entities, support direct tax compliance and global tax provision under US GAAP, monitor international tax developments (Pillar Two, withholding, PE risk), partner with Finance, Legal and Treasury to build scalable processes, and identify automation and data tools for transfer pricing and international tax workflows.

Develop and maintain advanced UVM/SystemVerilog verification environments for complex FPGA designs. Define and execute verification plans with constrained-random testing and coverage analysis. Collaborate with RTL designers to debug issues, build automated regression suites, and integrate continuous verification into CI pipelines to ensure reliable quantum control systems.
