Assists with daily retail store operations, including sales performance, client experience, scheduling, cash management, visual and operational standards, asset protection, and team development. Oversees an assigned store responsibility division, coaches associates, communicates company initiatives, resolves client issues, and supports the Store Manager in achieving financial and service goals. Requires flexible scheduling, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Supports store management in achieving sales goals, delivering exceptional customer experiences, maintaining brand standards, developing team talent, managing inventory, safeguarding store assets, and ensuring operational and policy compliance. Leads by example, coaches associates, reinforces the Lilly Pulitzer selling culture, and helps create a positive, high-energy store environment. Must work flexible store schedules, including nights, weekends, holidays, and additional peak-season hours.
