Design, build and operate scalable backend services and REST APIs (FastAPI/Python) for high-availability AI and robotics products. Implement event-driven pipelines, auth (OAuth2/OIDC), DB optimisation (PostgreSQL), observability, security/compliance, and mentor engineers while collaborating cross-functionally to deliver production-grade systems.

Convert frontier ML research into production capabilities: design, train and evaluate RL and LLM models (including RLHF and multi-objective policy optimisation), prototype and harden solutions with engineering teams, define evaluation and auditability, and engage customers to align research with product needs and operational constraints.
