The SBL Program Leader will oversee small business lending initiatives, develop relationships, and support branch teams in securing new loans and managing existing portfolios.

Lead enterprise training and development: assess needs, design and deliver classroom and virtual curriculum, administer LMS, evaluate training effectiveness, manage vendors/SMEs, report KPIs, and support onboarding and leadership development across the bank.
