Lead volunteer engagement and organizing to grow the Oxfam Action Network: recruit and train volunteers, plan in-person and digital mobilizations, run public activations, coordinate with campaigns and teams, use CRM and digital tools to track engagement, and represent Oxfam in community spaces. Travel domestically up to 30% with occasional evenings/weekends.

Lead a multi-country summative and formative evaluation of the ACT DRR programme across Bangladesh, Indonesia, Nepal and the Philippines. Design methodology, conduct inception and field data collection, analyze mixed-methods findings, produce a regional evaluation report with country annexes, and develop dissemination and uptake plans. Ensure participatory, gender-sensitive, decolonial and safeguarding-compliant approaches while coordinating with Oxfam and local partners.
