Oxfam America Benefits Overview

Supports Oxfam America's Public Engagement division through media monitoring, journalist database maintenance, communications administration, event support, partnership research, social media graphics, content asset management, and staff training on the Inuru platform. The intern also assists with task management, content uploads, metadata compliance, and public engagement initiatives while developing communications, campaigning, outreach, and social justice knowledge.

Provides executive leadership for Oxfam America's Operations and Risk Management division, overseeing Finance, Technology and Information Management, People and Human Resources, grants, facilities, compliance, risk, and shared services. The role leads operating-model improvement, systems modernization, cybersecurity governance, financial stewardship, organizational resilience, talent practices, vendor management, and enterprise risk oversight while partnering with executive leadership, the Board, Oxfam affiliates, and external stakeholders.

Leads Oxfam America’s Inclusive Value Chains portfolio, including multinational corporate engagement, multi-country sustainability programs, investor initiatives, fundraising, grants, partnerships, and market systems pilots. Oversees program quality, budgets, monitoring and evaluation, external representation, and strategic planning. Manages corporate engagement in food, beverage, and agribusiness sectors and directly supervises four professional staff. The role requires extensive experience in private-sector partnerships, ESG, food-sector corporate advocacy, shareholder engagement, international programs, stakeholder coordination, and managing large budgets.
