Own the vision, roadmap, prioritization, and delivery of OX Code, an application security product. Partner with engineering, platform teams, customers, sales, customer success, and marketing to define features, translate AppSec workflows into simple experiences, gather feedback, and support launches. Requires hands-on AppSec program experience and knowledge of SAST, SCA, secrets, CI/CD security, vulnerability remediation, and triage.

Own the full enterprise sales cycle across the DACH region, from prospecting and pipeline management through negotiation and close. Drive new-logo acquisition, lead complex multi-stakeholder deals, deliver tailored demos and proof-of-value engagements, and build trusted customer relationships. Collaborate with Sales Engineering, Product, Marketing, and leadership while managing forecasts in Salesforce. The role also includes mentoring junior team members and consistently exceeding sales quotas.

Own the full enterprise sales cycle across Iberia, from prospecting and new-logo acquisition through negotiation and close. Manage territory activities, complex multi-stakeholder deals, demos, proof-of-value engagements, pipeline forecasting in Salesforce, and strategic customer relationships. Collaborate with Marketing, Sales Engineering, Product, and Leadership while consistently exceeding quotas and mentoring junior team members.
