Lead a core engineering group and product pillars for a cybersecurity platform. Responsibilities include hiring and developing engineers, owning product initiatives, driving project planning and delivery, making architectural decisions, collaborating cross-functionally, and fostering a culture of ownership and technical excellence. The role requires hands-on leadership, product development experience, and the ability to build scalable, secure, high-performing products in a hybrid startup environment.

Provide internal IT help desk support, configure and troubleshoot Mac and Windows devices, manage onboarding and offboarding, administer identities and SaaS access through JumpCloud and Google Workspace, and maintain device security using MDM and SentinelOne. The role also includes documentation, technical research, workflow improvements, basic networking support, and potentially scripting and zero-trust access administration.

Own the technical sales cycle from demonstrations and proof-of-concept engagements through technical wins. Partner with Sales, Product, and Engineering to develop deal strategies, deliver tailored demos, guide customer security and engineering teams, recommend architectures, address objections, and communicate technical and business value. Represent the company at customer meetings, events, and conferences, including travel.
