Leads complex Air Force programs spanning systems integration, capability development, testing, fielding, sustainment, cybersecurity, logistics, and engineering. Serves as the primary interface with Government program offices, translating priorities into execution plans and deliverables. Manages cost, schedule, technical performance, staffing, subcontractors, risk, governance, and program documentation while coordinating OEMs, engineering teams, and field stakeholders. Supports Air Force lifecycle management, RMF/ATO processes, operational readiness, and system-of-systems delivery.

Leads OWT Global’s company-wide PMO and oversees portfolio readiness, mobilization, execution, financial performance, risk, staffing, customer commitments, and program governance. The executive manages Program Directors and program managers, establishes scalable lifecycle standards and readiness gates, coordinates cross-functional launch support, ensures contractual and financial discipline, and provides portfolio visibility to executive leadership. The role requires extensive defense or federal contracting experience, PMO leadership, program finance expertise, and the ability to obtain a government security clearance.

Enters, validates, and maintains project, contract, procurement, vendor, labor, and financial data in Deltek Costpoint. Supports receiving, fixed asset record establishment, equipment custody tracking, purchase order verification, data cleanup, reporting, reconciliations, and discrepancy resolution. Coordinates with Finance, Contracts, Procurement, Project Management, IT, and Operations while following approval workflows, internal controls, confidentiality requirements, and established procedures.
