Own product metrics, customer feedback, and end-to-end experiments for assigned product areas. Diagnose performance, conduct customer conversations, work closely with operations, consultants, Care, engineering, and senior product leaders, and communicate progress, blockers, and decisions. The role emphasizes AI-enabled productivity, rigorous verification, operational understanding, and improving customer experiences.

The Revenue Recovery Lead will build systems and processes for revenue collection, engage customers to enhance payment experiences, and utilize AI tools for efficient operations.

The Senior Account Executive will own the full sales cycle targeting institutional property owners, ensuring revenue targets are met and mentoring junior team members.
