Conducts investigations, coaches managers, supports talent development, administers employment practices, and analyzes exit interview trends. The role is on-site in Des Moines and supports a multi-site, field-based workforce.

Administer and support ERP systems and connected business applications, including configuration, user access, integrations, monitoring, reporting, data management, and troubleshooting. Partner with finance and IT to translate business workflows into system improvements, support month-end and audit needs, document processes, and coordinate ERP upgrades, automation, vendors, and integrations across a multi-entity organization.
