Responsibilities include developing Node.js and TypeScript backend services, React web applications, AWS cloud infrastructure, IoT and OTA update services, PostgreSQL data systems, automated tests, and CI/CD pipelines. The role also involves troubleshooting across applications and infrastructure, making architectural decisions, and collaborating with engineers to deliver reliable software.

Build and operate full-stack customer portal features and backend services for connected-device workflows. Responsibilities include React and TypeScript development, AWS cloud infrastructure, PostgreSQL and DynamoDB data systems, IoT messaging, event-driven APIs, observability, testing, feature flags, and CI/CD. Collaborate with product, design, hardware, and firmware teams while mentoring engineers and driving ambiguous technical initiatives.

Leads end-to-end software programs from discovery through launch and ongoing support. Coordinates schedules, dependencies, Agile development, Jira workflows, release validation, QA, certifications, and factory handoffs across software, firmware, hardware, product, operations, manufacturing, and external partners. Tracks delivery metrics, risks, blockers, and release readiness while facilitating decisions and communicating program health to leadership.
