Leads employee and labor relations, workplace investigations, ADA accommodations, performance management, policy compliance, and employee engagement initiatives. Advises managers, interprets employment laws and collective bargaining agreements, administers corrective action processes, analyzes engagement trends, and supports HR policies, training, salary administration, and confidential personnel matters.

Provides academic advising to new, continuing, and returning students, supporting program selection, registration, degree completion, transfers, and campus resources. Manages a student caseload, conducts outreach to at-risk students, supervises program advisors, and collaborates with academic departments. Uses student information and academic planning systems, participates in advising initiatives and committees, coordinates events, and contributes to program assessment and quality improvement.

Manages veteran services for student veterans, spouses, and dependents, including education-benefit coordination, VA certifications, academic advising, progress monitoring, and educational planning. Serves as the college’s School Certifying Official and liaison with faculty, staff, government agencies, military installations, and community partners. Oversees Veterans Services Center operations, supports recruitment and retention initiatives, supervises and trains staff, and provides direct student assistance during enrollment and peak periods.
