Owner-side cost manager for a large MEP-intensive data center program. Track budgets, validate GC pay applications, manage change orders, perform cost risk analysis, maintain PCR and contingency, coordinate cost/schedule integration, support procurement, and prepare monthly executive cost reports.

Support the MEP Project Manager with administrative and coordination tasks for mission-critical data center construction. Maintain project documentation, capture meeting minutes, use project management software, assist field coordination and safety activities, and perform site-related reporting and daily project support while learning team processes.

The Mechanical Engineer will lead mechanical system design, oversee construction administration, and ensure compliance with data center standards. Responsibilities include coordinating designs, reviewing RFIs, and liaising with various teams to streamline project execution.
