Lead strategy, operations, and growth of the employee referral ecosystem. Build workflows, incentives, marketing, analytics, and integrations to increase referral volume, quality, and conversion while ensuring program integrity, exceptional candidate/referrer experience, and executive reporting.

Lead end-to-end production for two podcasts: planning, recording support, editing, post-production, show notes, assets, guest booking, and cross-platform distribution. Build guest pipeline, manage logistics and CRM, repurpose content for social, track performance metrics, and align episodes with strategic themes. Occasional travel for on-site recordings or events.

Manage end-to-end delivery of turnkey data center construction projects from preconstruction through commissioning. Coordinate contractors, consultants, vendors, and stakeholders; control budgets, schedules, contracts, change orders, and project documentation; enforce safety, quality, and project controls to deliver projects on scope, schedule, and budget.
