Conduct QA/QC inspections and testing for BESS and data center electrical infrastructure. Review blueprints, identify nonconformances, document findings, implement corrective actions, and support pre-commissioning and commissioning. Maintain testing records, enforce LOTO protocols, coordinate with engineers and construction stakeholders, and support system turnover. The role requires electrical expertise, load banking knowledge, journeyman certification, data center experience, and work in active construction environments.

Drive execution of cross-functional programs: manage timelines, risks, dependencies, and deliverables; maintain program plans and dashboards (Smartsheet); facilitate cross-team alignment; implement repeatable program management processes and support delivery operations.

Manage commercial data center construction projects from preconstruction through closeout. Responsibilities include coordinating design, bidding, contractors, vendors, logistics, contracts, change orders, pay applications, cost forecasting, schedules, commissioning, safety documentation, customer handovers, and executive reporting. The role requires strong communication, construction knowledge, cross-functional collaboration, frequent travel, and the ability to work in active construction environments in Dallas and Meridian.
