Manage independent cost control and financial oversight for a large-scale data center construction program. Responsibilities include maintaining project cost reports, validating GC pay applications, evaluating change orders, analyzing cost risks, tracking contingency and owner-direct equipment costs, preparing executive budget forecasts, supporting procurement, and maintaining documentation for claims and payment compliance. The role requires construction cost management expertise, advanced Excel skills, cost-platform proficiency, and experience with budgets exceeding $100 million.

Maintain and update Primavera P6 schedules for large-scale AI factory and data center construction projects. Track milestones, deliverables, progress, critical paths, risks, and delays; coordinate updates with contractors, field teams, project leadership, and project controls; and produce schedule reports, dashboards, and analytics. Support schedule recovery planning and proactive decision-making in a fast-paced hyperscale construction environment.

Leads Overwatch’s growth marketing engine across priority markets and strategic accounts. Owns account-based and multichannel campaigns, marketing technology, CRM and automation infrastructure, funnel reporting, pipeline generation, revenue attribution, budgets, agencies, and vendors. Partners with Business Development and executive leadership to identify opportunities, activate accounts, optimize programs, and build a measurable, high-accountability marketing function in a fast-changing environment.
