Lead month-end and year-end close across multiple entities, manage AP/AR and cash application, mentor staff accountants, support audits and lender reporting, handle intercompany consolidations, design internal controls and accounting policies, administer accounting systems/ERP automation, and support budgeting, forecasting, and technical accounting (revenue recognition).

The role involves leading MEP systems commissioning for a data center, ensuring quality and timely project delivery while managing stakeholder coordination and documentation.

Manage end-to-end delivery of turnkey data center construction projects from preconstruction through commissioning. Coordinate contractors, consultants, vendors, and stakeholders; control budgets, schedules, contracts, change orders, and project documentation; enforce safety, quality, and project controls to deliver projects on scope, schedule, and budget.
